    What Our Clients Are Saying

Our 30+ year old fireplace needed quite a bit of TLC. The previous owners indiscriminantly mixed use of wood and gas logs. The whole set up sat dormant for 4-5 years, too. Hudson helped explain step by step how we could get it back in perfect working order, and even helped me out on cost by showing me what I could do myself. One thing I really liked...safety is their #1 priority. Great work guys!

I called to schedule an appointment to have a new vent-free gas log set installed (to replace an existing one) and Hudson was at my place the next morning. He had it done in about 45 minutes. He's very friendly and informative and did a great job. He took the time to explain all sorts of things about the fireplace and how to use and maintain it even appearance of it. He'll be the first one I call next time.

To begin with I was pleasantly surprised by the showroom. There was a good variety of fireplaces, ceramic logs, and all the things one can associate with fireplaces. Mr. Beaudy, the salesman, is very knowledgeable and he was able to quickly point us toward the kind of fireplace logs we were looking for. He also showed us how to safely light the fireplace and other safety considerations.

Hudson is very professional and and knowledgeable about gas fireplace inserts. I called him and he was able to come right over. He explained each step of his service call. I never felt like he was trying to fix something that wasn't broke. I highly recommend his business!
