Description
The Hand Crafted line is Ironhaus’s flagship custom door program, where every frame, door and handle is cut, forged, textured and finished by hand in the Montana shop. You start from a door type and frame shape, then choose one of nine signature designs or commission original artwork, and finish with your pick of texture, color, handles, straps and panels. Because each door is built to your opening, it suits masonry, zero-clearance and gas fireplaces alike. Options and details
Door types: Cabinet, Fullview, Bifold, Bifold Fullview (outside or inside), Single Swing, each offered in Rectangular, Arched, Conversion Arch and Silhouette Arch frames. Designs: Saddle Joint, Sutter, Rustica, Old World, Mission, Mediterranean, Industrial, European, Craftsman, plus fully custom artwork. Finishes: Black, Black Copper, Medium Bronze, Weathered Brown, Weathered Grey, Buff Pewter, Dark Bronze, Natural (catalog adds Swedish Blue), each in Burnished, Hammered, Distressed or Peened texture. Handles: Contemporary, Old World, Pacifico, Sierra, Twist, Vineyard, Woven, Cedron, Grande, Arcadia, Aspen, Lodge. Accessories: three strap-hinge designs; Contemporary, European, Mission, Aspen and Old World decorative panels. Glass: tempered or ceramic. Mesh: inset mesh, gate mesh or sliding mesh. Features: controllable draft panel, sealed gasket option. Construction: 1/4 in. bar steel, built and finished by hand rather than laser cut. Custom built to order through Ironhaus or an authorized dealer.
