Mr. Beaudy, the salesman, is very knowledgeable and he was able to quickly point us toward the kind of fireplace logs we were looking for. He also showed us how to safely light the fireplace and other safety considerations.

Our 30+ year old fireplace needed quite a bit of TLC. The previous owners indiscriminantly mixed use of wood and gas logs. The whole set up sat dormant for 4-5 years, too. Hudson helped explain step by step how we could get it back in perfect working order, and even helped me out on cost by showing me what I could do myself.
