The electric displays are lit so you can judge the flame. Someone who knows the products walks you through it — and if you bring a photo of your room, we walk you to what fits it.

    Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?

    No. Walk in any day we are open — Monday to Friday 10 to 5, Saturday 11 to 4, Sunday 1 to 4. If you want a particular person or a longer sit-down, book a visit and we set the time aside.

    What should I bring?

    A photo of your fireplace or the wall you have in mind, on your phone, is the most useful thing. Rough room size helps too. If you are replacing gas logs or ordering doors, the firebox width, height and depth save a second trip.

    Do you come out to the house?

    Yes. New fireplaces, inserts, conversions, doors and mantels usually need a look at the room and the venting, so we measure at your home before we write the estimate. Chimney work is a booked visit as well.

    How quickly do you reply to a message?
