Our 30+ year old fireplace needed quite a bit of TLC. The previous owners indiscriminantly mixed use of wood and gas logs. The whole set up sat dormant for 4-5 years, too. Hudson helped explain step by step how we could get it back in perfect working order, and even helped me out on cost by showing me what I could do myself. I called to schedule an appointment to have a new vent-free gas log set installed (to replace an existing one) and Hudson was at my place the next morning. He had it done in about 45 minutes.He's very friendly and informative and did a great job. Going on the recommendation of past Yelp reviewers, I hired Hudson to come out and repair my 1970s vintage, conical, gas-log fireplace. Luckily, Hudson knew EXACTLY how to fix it. He was professional and very polite. In addition, he instructed us all on how to operate it safely, and replaced the rock with blue fire glass. It looks fabulous now!!
